At Ciranta Bloom, we take great care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. This Delivery Policy outlines how and where we deliver, as well as important responsibilities related to flower deliveries.

1. Delivery Areas

Retail Orders

  • Retail deliveries are available within Gauteng only.
  • Free delivery is applicable only to orders R750 or more
  • Ciranta Bloom reserves the right to decline deliveries to areas deemed unsafe or inaccessible for our delivery team.

Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale deliveries are available nationwide within South Africa.
  • Wholesale orders are delivered via a third-party logistics provider.
  • All transport and courier costs for wholesale orders are payable by the customer.

2. Delivery Days & Times

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.
  • No deliveries are made on public holidays.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, load shedding, or operational factors.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard retail delivery is completed within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
  • Same-day or next-day delivery is only available if explicitly offered on the website.

4. Delivery Method

  • Deliveries may be completed by Ciranta Bloom or a third-party delivery partner, depending on location and availability.
  • Once an order has been handed over to a third-party logistics provider, responsibility for the delivery transfers in accordance with that provider’s terms.

5. Recipient Availability

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Flowers should be unpacked promptly upon receipt to maintain freshness.
  • If no recipient is available, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

6. Authority to Leave in a Safe Place

  • Customers may authorise flowers to be left in a designated safe place.
  • Once left, all risk transfers to the customer, including exposure to heat, weather, or theft.
  • Ciranta Bloom cannot be held liable for damage or loss once such authority has been given.

7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful due to:

  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  • Access restrictions or security refusal

In such cases:

  • A re-delivery fee may apply, or
  • The order may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of flowers

8. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Fees may vary based on location, order type, and delivery method.

9. External Factors

Ciranta Bloom is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Load shedding
  • Courier or logistics delays

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and instructions. Ciranta Bloom cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.

11. Acceptance of Delivery Policy

By placing an order with Ciranta Bloom, you acknowledge and accept this Delivery Policy in full.
