Welcome to Ciranta Bloom. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

Ciranta Bloom sells fresh flowers and floral products, which are natural, perishable items. Due to their organic nature, flowers may vary in colour, size, shape, and lifespan. No two blooms are identical, and longevity cannot be guaranteed.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed through our website are prepaid.
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
  • Ciranta Bloom reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer or recipient once delivery has been completed.
  • Ciranta Bloom is not responsible for damage caused by:
    • Heat exposure
    • Delayed unpacking
    • Improper storage or care
    • Recipient unavailability

If a delivery is made to a safe location at the customer’s request, this is done at the customer’s risk.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details and contact information
  • Ensuring the recipient is available to receive the order
  • Following provided flower care instructions

Ciranta Bloom cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Product Images & Substitutions

  • Images on our website are for illustrative purposes and serve as a style reference.
  • Seasonal availability and natural variation may result in slight differences.
  • Where necessary, Ciranta Bloom reserves the right to substitute flowers or colours with items of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look and quality.

6. Freshness & Quality Concerns

Any issues regarding freshness or quality must be reported:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery
  • With clear photographic evidence
  • While flowers are in their original condition at first inspection

Claims made outside this window will not be considered.

7. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

If a quality issue is verified at delivery, Ciranta Bloom may, at its discretion:

  • Offer a replacement of equal value, or
  • Issue a refund only if a replacement is not reasonably possible

No refunds or replacements will be provided for:

  • Natural wilting over time
  • Improper care after delivery
  • Change of mind

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

Flowers are sourced specifically per order.

  • Cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order
  • No cancellations are accepted once stock has been sourced
  • No cancellations are permitted for orders scheduled within 48 hours of delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this sourcing process.

9. Force Majeure

Ciranta Bloom shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather
  • Supplier shortages
  • Load shedding
  • Courier disruptions
  • Acts of God or government regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Ciranta Bloom’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including emotional distress or missed occasions

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, is the property of Ciranta Bloom and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Acceptance of Terms
